1. Scope of Services

Social Media Ad's Agency provides digital marketing services, specializing in paid social media advertising, content creation, audience targeting, analytics, and campaign optimization. The scope of work for each client will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before services commence.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information related to their business, products, or services.
• Supply necessary access to advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, etc.).
• Approve ad creatives and campaign strategies in a timely manner.
• Pay invoices on time, according to the agreed-upon billing schedule.
• Failure to comply may result in delays or suspension of services.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided. Payments must be made according to the agreed timeline. Late payments may result in paused campaigns or service interruptions.

• All pricing is exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for requested revisions outside the agreed scope.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets (including ad copy, graphics, videos, and strategies) developed by Social Media Ad's Agency remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use the deliverables for their business during and after our engagement, but resale or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice (usually 14 or 30 days, as per the agreement). Upon termination:

Any outstanding payments are due immediately.

Access to ongoing ad campaigns or analytics may be revoked.

All unused deliverables or remaining ad budgets will be handled per agreement terms.

We reserve the right to terminate services without notice for breaches of these Terms or violations of advertising policies.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including business data, login credentials, and proprietary strategies. We will not share client information with third parties without consent, except when legally required.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Media Ad's Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Revisions and Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services implies your agreement with the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jharkhand. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
